Job Description

Le/a Conseiller/ère Technique a pour mission d'assurer la fidélisation de la clientèle et de stimuler la croissance de l'entreprise. II est le support technique auprès des distributeurs.

Le secteur de référence sera le Nord-Est de la France (Lille, Paris, Metz, Nancy) et le Sud de la Belgique.

• Fournir un encadrement et une assistance technique aux clients et faciliter le développement des ventes,
• Identifier les besoins clients et participer au développement de nouveaux produits ou à l'amélioration les produits existants,
• Organiser des démonstrations de produits pour des prospects et nos clients, en coordination avec le responsable commercial.
• Participer à différents salons promotionnels,
• Communiquer sur tous les sujets techniques et commerciaux avec le responsable commercial du secteur,
• Anticiper de manière proactive les besoins et exigences des clients tout en leur apportant une expertise et des conseils techniques,
• Jouer un role clé en soutenant l'équipe de vente.

• Expérience des services techniques dans le secteur de la peinture, et de préférence dans la réparation automobile,
• Une expérience avérée en tant que technico-commercial est un plus,
• Être flexible, dynamique, autonome et orienté solutions,
• Capacité à communiquer efficacement et de manière crédible auprès de tous les différents intervenants.
• Anglais maitrisé est un plus
• Mobilité + découchage ( 3 soirs semaine).
