  • Représente la société cliente et véhicule son image (par son attitude, comportement, son langage et la clarté de son expression) auprès de ses clients finaux ;

  • Est responsable de l’image interne et externe de Konecta ;

  • Est à l’écoute de la politique de l’entreprise ;

  • Participe à la bonne communication générale entre les services.

of the Role:

  • Execute the RRP/IQOS Customer Service Centre strategy and market policies across all channels to provide the highest standards of service to our Field Force, Commercial Planning & B2B Operations team

  • Building strong relationship with Field Force as well as the Commercial Planning Team. Supporting Field Force and Commercial Planning Team in providing services

  • Ensuring the processes are clear and deployed correctly, receiving and answering the queries and directing them to the correct department in order to provide solutions

  • Key point of contact between FF and Commercial Planning teams to support with day-to-day queries, timely completion, and submission of trackers

  • Efficient management of lock-ups, efficient materials ordering and delivery and responding to day to day field queries….
