About You:

• Have a minimum of 1 years management experience in Retail

• Experience in managing a team of 2 – 4 team members

• Have a passion for customer service, retail sales and fashion

• Be determined to achieve the store budget and understand KPI expectations

• Have the ability to identify store opportunities in order to maximise sales

• Have the ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team
