About You:
• Have a minimum of 1-2 years in a management role in retail?
• Do you have the ability to confidently lead, motivate and engage with your team?
• Proven experience in training and coaching team members.
• A history of exceeding set goals and KPI’s and driving budgets and targets
• Ability to complete operational tasks such as scheduling, budgets, VM and stock management.
• We are looking for Brand Ambassadors that share the same values and can share the brand culture with fellow team members and customers.
• Have experience in Customer Service and are enthusiastic about delivering an in-store experience to our customers.
• Are driven to exceed company set budgets and KPI’s.
• Have an interest in fashion and retail.
• Want to further your career in retails in a fast-paced, performance-based environment.
