About the role:

In Product Organization, we are looking for a passionate Connectivity Validation & Operations Director responsible for leading and overseeing quality assurance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. This role ensures that processes, products, and services meet internal and external standards, while driving operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. Collaborating with senior leaders, the Validation and Operations plays a strategic role in shaping quality culture and optimizing performance across teams.

What will you do:

  • Define and implement the company-wide quality strategy, policies, and systems in alignment with business objectives

  • Oversee operational processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, and consistent delivery of services and products

  • Lead quality assurance, quality control, and regulatory compliance across all operational areas

  • Establish and monitor KPIs and quality metrics to identify areas for improvement and track performance

  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement using methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen

  • Manage internal audits, inspections, and external certifications (e.g., ISO, GMP, regulatory bodies)

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Customer Service, etc.) to solve systemic issues and optimize workflows

  • Lead and develop high-performing quality and operations teams, fostering accountability and professional growth.

Who you are:

  • 5+ years of experience in Quality and/or Operations leadership roles in complex, fast-paced environments, preferably in regulated industries (e.g., pharma, aerospace, automotive, maritime)

  • In-depth knowledge of quality systems, operational models, and compliance frameworks (ISO, GMP, etc.)

  • Experience in Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe) or similar methodologies, with a strong grasp of how Quality integrates with the SDLC.

  • Strong experience in Lean, Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage change across an organization

  • Analytical mindset and data-driven approach to performance management

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Fluent in English

Where you'll be:

You will be based in our office in Assago (Italy), or our headquarters in Stockholm (Sweden). Regardless of the chosen location, you will work together with hundreds of people from different functions and various nationalities, with the common goal of creating the technologies of the future.
