Job Description

Your area of work:

In your new position you will be assisting B2B clients (large financial institutions operating on the market) in implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Clearstream Banking connectivity products. The type of tasks is highly diversified.

Your responsibilities:

  • Advise customers on the day-to-day usage of Clearstream Banking connectivity media
  • Provide clients with support on their connectivity setup
  • Assist clients in finding a solution to technical issues and make recommendations
  • Train customers on the Clearstream connectivity products
  • Introduce innovative ideas to keep our products competitive and highly appreciated
  • Build trust and loyalty of customers by taking a client-centric approach
  • Plan and execute strategic changes to optimize internal efficiency in line with Company’s objectives
  • Participate in the connectivity product requirement review and development process
  • Work with Relationship Management and IT department to improve and promote Connectivity products

Your profile:

  • Written & spoken English (as English is the primary means of communication) and also written & spoken German.
  • Any other language would be a great asset
  • Proactive approach in customers’ support
  • Strategic thinking and project planning
  • IT skills: proficient with Microsoft Office package and Teams
  • Excellent customer-oriented communication as well as strong analytical skills
  • Ability to collaborate and clearly communicate with senior members of the organization
  • Strong problem-solving skills, accuracy, ability to work as part of the team
  • Interest in financial markets and open-minded approach towards IT infrastructure
  • Ability to work in a constantly changing environment and prioritize tasks
