You’ll work with cutting-edge tools to support a positive culture at Xerox through programs and projects that strengthen our collective efforts to drive business success and make a difference in the communities where our employees live and work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the Connection, Belonging and Impact (CBI) programs by helping to plan and execute strategies, events, evaluations, and communications.
  • Leverage data and insights to generate recommendations for employee engagement, feedback and event promotion.
  • Collect, clean, and organize data sets; assist with dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical insights into strategic initiatives.
  • Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge sharing.
  • Support the preparation of presentations and reports for leadership and Employee Resource Group (ERG) stakeholders.
  • Assist with Impact initiatives including community partnerships, employee volunteerism and sponsored events

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business/Business Administration, Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology, Organizational Behavior/Leadership, Communications or a related field.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, AI platforms and data science tools.
  • Interest in employee experience, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), community impact initiatives, cultural awareness, and organizational development.
