
Schedule M-F 8am-4:30pm | Full Time | Pay $25.15 per hour.
Weekly Earned Wage access is an option for this position.
Job Purpose or Objective(s): Promote and coordinate services to ensure program initiative and goals are met and participants receive the highest level of benefit. You will report to the Program Manager.
Primary Tasks:
1. You will serve as the staff liaison between member committees and the organization.
2. Coordinate daily program activities and ensure program requirements are met.
3. Coordinate administrative responsibilities to ensure efficient operations of the program.
4. Develop partnerships to share resources, expertise, and collaborate in developing and evaluating projects.
5. You will create awareness of tribal and public services offered to inform members of job opportunities that might be available.
6. Create and submit required program reports and ensure grant compliance.
7. Maintain accurate, confidential and up-to-date records per program requirements.
8. Monitor program activities to ensure adherence to tribal, federal and program policies, regulations, and goals.
9. Perform other tasks as may be assigned.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, or four [4] years of education and/or experience in lieu of education.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Strong problem-solving skills
· General computer skills
· Experience with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
· Two [2] years of experience program services
