The Manager – Advisory Connected Teams + Operations enables PwC Australia’s Advisory business by supporting the operation and governance of its offshore workforce while contributing to the broader Advisory Operations agenda. The role sits at the intersection of business demand, workforce planning, financial governance, and operational delivery, as well as supporting Advisory leaders to execute strategic priorities through operational excellence, effective change support, and strong stakeholder management.

Reporting to the Connected teams + Operations Lead for the Digital Platform, you will bepart of a tight knit team.Thisroleis central to making Connected Teams work well for the Australian Advisory business — ensuring offshore capability is available, effectively governed, financially sound, and aligned to what the business truly needs, as well as supporting the Advisory business to ensure operationalexcellence.

Whatyou'lldo:

  • Respond to business requests and questions in relation to Connected Teams

  • Coordinatemonthlyreporting uploadsto enableaccuratedashboardreporting;

  • Work withConnected Teams Senior Manager toprepareandupdateleadership reports,leveragingmultiple sources of information including financial dashboards and Salesforce, as well as collaboration with other functions including finance, resourcemanagementand Clients & markets.

  • Work with Finance to oversee the management ofinvoices, including reconciliation against actual time/cost incurred.

  • Liaisewithlocalbusiness teams andoffshore solutioning teams to develop andsubmitrequireddocumentationfor Client engagements.

  • Supportonboarding ofnew team members into correct Operating Units to ensureaccuratereporting.

  • Drafting communications including emails, Viva Engage posts and newsletters.

  • Support regular cadences including team meetings and All Hands/Town Halls

  • Collaboration across PwC with other teams such as Resource Management, Clients & Markets and Finance to support initiatives.

Whatwe'relooking for:

  • A highlyorganisedoperator with a strong grasp of governance, cadence management, and execution tracking,able to create structure,maintaina single sourceof truth, and drive follow-through across multiple priorities and stakeholders.

  • Proven experience supporting senior leadership forums or complex operating environments, with the ability to bring discipline to planning, decision-making, and action management.

  • Solid grasp of technology systems (e.g.M365) with the ability to quickly learn and adopt new tools, including AI, and understand how they can enhance ways of working, streamline operations, and improve productivity.

  • Strong communicationskills, with the ability tosynthesiseinformation, prepare clear and concise materials, and build trusted, professional relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

  • A proactive self-starter who can work autonomously with minimal direction, while also being a collaborative and reliable team player within a high-performing leader’s office.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, witha track recordof delivering high-quality outputs within realistictimeframes

  • High levelof discretion and judgement when handling sensitive or confidential matters, coupled with a pragmatic, solutions-orientedmindsetand strong problem-solving capability.

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, particularly in documentation, reporting, andmaintaininginstitutional knowledge (e.g.decision logs, action trackers, governance artefacts).

  • Experienceidentifyingand implementing operational improvements, with a continuous improvement mindset and a focus on reducing friction and enhancing efficiency across teams.
