Institute on Aging seeks an experienced and dynamic Client Sales Representative to join our Connect call center team. You will play a crucial role in providing information and support to adults with disabilities, older adults, their families, and caregivers. Your responsibilities will include handling incoming calls, conducting outbound sales calls, offering resources, connecting prospective clients to appropriate services, and driving sales. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. Connect Client Sales Representative reports to the Call Center Sales Manager.
