What You Will Do
- Manage the firm’s end-to-end conflicts process, ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines and internal standards.
- Analyze complex conflict reports to identify potential issues and resolve common conflicts independently.
- Collaborate with the Office of the General Counsel on intricate or unprecedented conflict matters.
- Lead initiatives to modernize the conflicts department, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide mentorship and supervisory support to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Ideal Candidate Background
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in conflicts management within a law firm setting.
- Expertise in analyzing complex conflict reports and applying the Rules of Professional Conduct.
- Proven ability to make independent judgments and resolve conflicts without escalation.
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in a similar role.
Preferred
- Familiarity with legal compliance standards and best practices in conflicts management.
- Experience in training or mentoring junior staff members within a conflicts department.
Compensation and Benefits
