We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Confirmation Supervisor to oversee our appointment confirmations, ensuring that our sales and installation teams are scheduled efficiently and customer interactions are seamless.

The Confirmation Supervisor manages the confirmation process for all in-home consultations, installations, and follow-ups. This role is critical for ensuring customer satisfaction, scheduling accuracy, and operational efficiency You will also supervise a small team of confirmation staff, providing training, support, and performance oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the confirmation process for all appointments, leads, and installations
• Supervise a team of confirmation specialists, including training, coaching, and performance monitoring
• Ensure that all customer appointments are confirmed accurately via phone, email, or text
• Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts or issues with appointments
• Maintain accurate records and update the CRM with confirmation details
• Monitor metrics such as confirmation rates, no-shows, and reschedules, and provide reports to management
• Coordinate with sales and installation teams to ensure schedules are optimized
• Maintain excellent customer service standards and address any customer concerns professionally

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or team management experience
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in customer service or call center operations preferred
• Proficiency with CRM systems, scheduling software, and basic computer programs
• Ability to lead a team, set clear expectations, and ensure accountability
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
