WHAT YOU GET TO DO:

• Identify and work with key end users in the configuration of instruments for geospatial equipment (TPS / GPS / MC / HDS) based orders (training provided)
• Packing configured goods based on customer orders
• Creating / Processing license keys for software orders
• Customer Care / Sales rep support for software licenses, configuration issues, and configuration part related delays
• OEM special packing and labelling
• Ensuring the correct and complete hand-over of completed orders to the service providers (forwarders) in timely manner to meet delivery schedules and end user expectations
• Maintaining detailed information for equipment errors
• Assisting the warehouse in picking, packing, receiving shipments, and special projects

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Experience 3-5 years in Logistics and/or warehouse experience is a plus
• Operate Forklift/ pallet jack
• Can lift more than 50 lbs daily
• PC-knowledge: email, Internet Explorer, and MS Office (xls, doc)
• Strong verbal and written skills

NOTABLE REQUIREMENTS:

• During Month end, Quarter end (March, June, September, and December) last two weeks of the mentioned months have vacation restrictions
• Quarter End also may require working extended operation hours which may also include holidays, Saturday, and or Sunday

This position is hourly and pays $17 - $18 per hour depending on experience. Overtime paid.
