The Role
The Configuration Specialist – QA Focus is a specialist role responsible for ensuring the quality, correctness, and robustness of configurations and localisations delivered for the Qapter suite of products.
Reporting to the Configuration Team Lead, this role focuses on validation, testing, and troubleshooting of configuration logic, acting as a quality gate between business requirements, configuration delivery, and production environments.
The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to identify defects and inconsistencies through manual feature testing, end-to-end workflow validation, and the execution and analysis of automated regression test results within the configuration domain.
The successful individual will work closely with Configuration Specialists, Professional Services, and Product teams to ensure configurations meet functional, business, and quality expectations before release.
