WithinHP Services, in Lifecycle Services Business Unit, thisWW Product Managerrole is responsible for strategically engaging in the development, implementation and governance ofConfiguration Services(aka factory services) throughout the lifecycle ofPC commercial devices, ensuring alignment with pricing strategies and seamless service delivery. The role collaboratesgloballyto implement innovative services and solutions to meet evolving customer demands and drive profitable growth, with a specific focus on theChannellandscape across the 3 regions, especially in EMEA. The role analyzes the business to proactively identify errors, root causes or areas of improvement, thereby driving process enhancement efforts and business performance. The role is withP&L responsibilities, to ensure revenue growth while meeting margin expectations, overlooking the end-to-end for the portfolio of services the Product Manager oversees.

Responsibilities

  • Takes charge ofplanning of solution portfolios throughout their entire lifecycle, ensuring alignment with pricing strategies,seamless end-to-end service delivery , andreadiness for sales (End User sales, Channel sales, Specialized sales, Presales TCs), along with their associated processes.
  • Collaboratesacross regions , geographies, and global teams (Supply Chain Services Delivery, Supply Chain Services Engineering, Operations, Finances, Marketing, Global & Market Services Category ) to formulate and implement innovative services, solutions, or programs and their associated processes to address evolving customer and market demands while promoting profitable growth
  • Contributes insights based on service data to drive increased sales opportunities, leveraging data-driven strategies for business growth.
  • Represents services within product or solution portfolio core teamsand incorporates service requirements into various product development stages, including activities likecost analysis, as well as the development of content and collateral for service product marketing.
  • Conducts thoroughbusiness analysis, identifies root causes, and formulates recommendations and solutions to drive enhancements in business performance.
  • Trigger and Drive New Services Introduction (NxI) with a dedicated core team, collaborating with the various teams in charge (Operations, Supply Chain, etc).
  • Utilizes bothtechnical and business acumento lead complex cross-functional initiatives with significant impact on the services business.
  • Preparesmarketing materialsto support key customer account teams, enhancing customer engagement and sales efforts.



Education & Experience Recommended

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in service business management, delivery, solution architecting, business planning, or a related field.
