Job Description

JST is currently seeking a Configuration Manager V to join our team. This is a full-time remote position. JST offers a full benefit package, a collaborative work environment and strong company culture. Veterans and military spouses are encouraged to apply.

Configuration Manager V Responsibilities

  • Responsible for products baseline management, document control management, configuration identification management and IT infrastructure change management.
  • Conducts configuration auditing in areas such us software version control, integration construction and release management.
  • Builds and manages CMDB (Configuration Management Database).
  • Compiles release packages ensuring all documentation is present.

Configuration Manager V Qualifications

  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Engineering, Mathematics, or Business
  • Knowledge of ConfigSnapshot (experience HIGHLY desired)
  • Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) configuration and implementation
  • Familiarity with Windows and Unix scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Unix command line)
  • Knowledge of configuration management tools and methodologies
    • Familiarity required in Status Accounting Reporting, including detailed documentation, tracking, and reporting of configuration item statuses throughout their lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with software development life cycles (SDLC)
  • Proficiency in change control processes and audit compliance
  • Experience in managing development environments, version control, and deployment strategies

Required Clearances and Screenings

  • DoD Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one
  • MUST be able to successfully pass a drug screen and background check
