Your responsibilities will include:

• Design and maintain CMDB structures in Jira Assets.
• Integrate Lansweeper discovery data into Jira Assets and ensure data quality.
• Map services and infrastructure across cloud and hybrid environments.
• Develop automation workflows and API integrations for CMDB updates.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, and Architecture teams to define authoritative sources.
• Ensure compliance with banking security and audit standards.
• Produce dashboards and reports on CMDB health and service dependencies.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

• CMDB modeling principles (any tool; Jira Assets preferred).
• Basic cloud service mapping (AWS/Azure/GCP) experience
• API integration and scripting (Python or equivalent).
• Data governance and quality management.
• Data visualization experience
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt.
• Analytical problem-solving skills
• Clear communication and stakeholder engagement experience across teams.
• Good English language knowledge as you will be collaborating with teams across Baltics.
