  • Develop and deliver Configuration Management training, guidance, and awareness programs to ensure personnel understand CM policies, processes, tools, and governance requirements.
  • Generate configuration management reports, dashboard metrics, audit artifacts, and executive-level briefings to support program management, operational decision-making, and compliance requirements.
  • Support system engineering, integration, testing, deployment, sustainment, and lifecycle management activities by ensuring configuration control is maintained across all environments.
  • Monitor operational environments and collaborate with cybersecurity, network, and systems teams to assess configuration compliance, performance trends, and operational impacts.
  • Support the implementation, assessment, demonstration, and sustainment of new and existing capabilities, including technical analyses, operational evaluations, and stakeholder briefings.
  • Ensure configuration management activities support RMF authorization efforts, cybersecurity compliance audits, vulnerability remediation initiatives, and continuous monitoring requirements.
  • Analyze, develop, document, integrate, implement, operate, evaluate, maintain, and improve Mission Partner Environment (MPE) capabilities in accordance with Government requirements and program objectives.
  • Support DevSecOps and Agile development efforts by maintaining configuration control across development, test, staging, and production environments.
  • Coordinate with Government stakeholders, mission partners, program leadership, and technical teams to collect, document, and communicate configuration status, risks, and change activities.
  • Prepare and submit configuration management status reports, metrics, Weekly Activity Reports (WARs), and other required program deliverables in support of contract and Government reporting requirements.
