Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain program configuration data, including controlled release of development documentation and CDRLs.
• Own and maintain product documentation, including cataloging and structuring of product trees.
• Lead configuration control and change management activities, including coordination and facilitation of Change Control Boards (CCB).
• Evaluate, document, and manage configuration changes, including impact analysis on program deliverables, schedules, and quality.
• Develop, document, and maintain configuration management processes, work instructions, and procedures.
• Serve as a focal point for cross-functional collaboration with development teams, business units, quality, operations, and ILS stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Configuration Management / Product Data Management / Engineering Operations
• Proven experience with PLM/PDM systems or equivalent information management systems
• Experience managing engineering documentation, controlled releases, and change processes
• Strong understanding of configuration control methodologies and product lifecycle management
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent document control, formatting, and organizational skills
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Fluent English – written and verbal
