SCCI is seeking a Configuration Management (CM) Analyst III to join our team! The successful candidate will participate on a team providing varied Requirements, Data Management (DM) and Configuration Management (CM) support as the Requirements Manager. This position is located in Dahlgren, VA and is available for immediate hire.

Responsibilities:
- Perform Configuration Management/Data Management functions: planning, configuration identification, configuration control, status accounting, audits, and data management
- Provide Dynamic Object-Oriented Requirements System (DOORS) support
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of project goals and user needs. Ensure the quality and timeliness of all CDRLs
- Analyze and prioritize requirements to align with project objectives, ensuring that all necessary features are included and feasible. Generate the Monthly Status Report (MSR) and prepare/present In-Process Review (IPR) presentations
- Create detailed requirement specifications that serve as a reference for the development team, ensuring clarity and mutual understanding among all parties involved. Support the development of new baseline requirements
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to ensure that everyone is aligned to requirements and any changes that may arise during the project lifecycle
- Generate reports such as meeting agendas and minutes, and tracking action items and change requests
- Manage changes to requirements throughout the project, assessing the impact of changes and ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and in agreement
- Ensure that the final product meets the documented requirements through testing and validation processes, addressing any discrepancies that may arise
- Continuously evaluate and improve the requirements management process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in meeting project goals
- Develop and maintain detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and processes for all work performed on task
Essential Skills and Experience
- Must be U.S. Citizen and have an active Secret Security Clearance
- High school diploma
- Ten (10) years of Configuration Management experience
- Knowledge of principles, methods, tools, and techniques used in configuration management support
- Proficient with MS Office tools, primarily MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Ability to multi-task, work well independently and in a team environment
- Dependable, self-starter with strong technical skills and attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy
- Good organizational, task tracking and follow up skills
- Ability to analyze complex information and distill it into clear requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey requirements and facilitate discussions among stakeholders
- Familiarity with project management methodologies ensures that requirements align with project timelines and deliverables
- Understanding the technical aspects of the project to effectively communicate with development teams
Preferred Skills and

Experience:
- Experience in evaluating system requirements, system architectures, and operational requirements
- Experience in utilizing CAMEO, DOORS, DOORS Next, Innoslate, CORE, JIRA, Traceline or any other applications developed for the purpose of managing program requirements
- Experience in developing Requirement Management Plans, Database Schemas, Proceseses, and Job Instructions
- Possession of excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Prior board support experience to include agenda and minutes development
