- - - - - - Major Duties and Responsibilities

- - - - Uphold accuracy and functionality of managed business systems through routine maintenance. Utilize reports and review processes to identify and correct disruptions.
- - - - Consult with cross-functional team members to execute systems changes. Prepares directives for change authorization and documentation.
- - - - Analyzes proposed design/process changes to provide feedback on the overall effect. Use knowledge of engineering and manufacturing activities to support decision making process.
- - - - Develop understanding of interconnectivity of data systems used by the company to assist in process development and continuous improvement activities.
- - - - Investigate, resolve, and report findings from system disruptions. Propose changes to systems and processes to address gaps that led to disruption.
- - - - Create and update process documentation for managed activities.
- - - - Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
