We are seeking an experienced
Configuration Lead
with strong expertise in
o9 Supply Planning
and
SCS Solver configuration
to join our implementation and delivery team. The ideal candidate will have deep functional and technical knowledge of supply planning processes within the o9 platform and proven experience configuring scalable planning solutions for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Lead configuration and implementation activities for
  o9 Supply Planning
  modules.
• 
  Configure and optimize
  SCS Solver
  models within the o9 platform.
• 
  Work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and cross-functional teams to gather and translate business requirements into system configurations.
• 
  Design and configure supply planning workflows including:
  
  • 
    Supply propagation
  • 
    Deployment planning
  • 
    Inventory optimization
  • 
    Constraint-based planning
  • 
    Capacity planning
• 
  Validate planning outputs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• 
  Support integration activities between o9 and upstream/downstream systems such as ERP, SAP, or other planning tools.
• 
  Perform configuration testing, SIT/UAT support, and production deployment activities.
• 
  Troubleshoot configuration and solver-related issues and provide sustainable solutions.
• 
  Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices in o9 configuration.

Required Skills

• 
  Mandatory:
  Minimum
  3+ years of hands-on experience in o9 Solutions
  .
• 
  Strong expertise in
  Supply Planning
  within the o9 platform.
• 
  Hands-on experience with
  SCS Solver configuration and optimization
  .
• 
  Strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts and processes.
• 
  Experience in:
  
  • 
    Constraint-based planning
  • 
    Demand-supply balancing
  • 
    Inventory planning
  • 
    Scenario modeling
• 
  Knowledge of data models, master data, and planning hierarchies in o9.
• 
  Ability to analyze complex business requirements and configure scalable solutions.
• 
  Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• 
  Experience with SAP/APO/IBP or other supply chain planning tools.
• 
  Exposure to SQL, Python, or data integration concepts is an added advantage.
• 
  Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• 
  Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Educational Qualification

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Information Technology, or related field.

Nice to Have

• 
  Experience in end-to-end o9 implementation projects.
• 
  Exposure to manufacturing, retail, CPG, or automotive supply chain domains.
• 
  Certification or advanced training in o9 Solutions platform.
