As our new Configuration Engineering Lead & Project Manager/Engineer, you'll be providing strategic and day-to-day leadership for the Configuration Engineering team while directly managing Light Engineered Project orders for Peerless Pump, ensuring contractual, technical, commercial, and schedule requirements are met with excellence. This role balances hands-on project execution with the responsibility of developing the Configuration Engineering teams capabilities, driving continuous process improvements and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and customer success. As a key part of the Configuration Engineering team, you'll create impact by building a high-performing engineering team and optimizing project execution processes that improve cycle times, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence across Peerless Pump.

The salary range for this position is $82,100 to $120,645 per year. Individual pay will be determined based on market location and the candidate’s profile. The range listed is just one component of Grundfos’s & Peerless Pump Company total compensation and benefits package for employees. Total compensation includes paid time off, paid holidays, merit increases, bonuses, and employee stock purchase programs, etc. Certain roles are eligible to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization.
