We seek a passionate Project / Program Configuration and Change Analyst/Engineer to drive the design and development of robust solutions, collaborating with dedicated teams to ensure every project delivers lasting impact. As a professional and team manager, you will own complex challenges and contribute to the legacy of mobility innovation.

Your Role, Your Impact

  • Lead scalable configuration management processes across multiple projects, ensuring consistency and compliance with industry standards.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration between engineering, operations, and quality teams to streamline change management.
  • Implement reliable change control systems to minimize risks and maintain project integrity.
  • Champion innovative approaches to configuration and change management, leveraging new technologies and methodologies.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and best practices within teams to build organizational expertise.
You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in configuration and change management, preferably in rail or large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Proficiency in configuration management tools, project management software, and industry standards (e.g., ISO, CMMI).
  • Knowledge of CCM tools (ALM, Clear Quest, Clear Case SAP, PLM, AEC-tpPLM, ERP, etc.)
  • Advanced English and Portuguese, nice to have Spanish
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle, risk management, and quality assurance principles.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical project/program stakeholders
  • Systematic, rigorous, proactive and organized with good attention to details. ▪
  • Driven for results with strong multi-tasking and influencing skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
