Join Our Team: Located in the stunning Florida Keys, Cheeca Lodge & Spa seeks a dedicated Conference Services Manager to lead our corporate event and meeting planning operations. As part of our team, you will orchestrate unforgettable events in a resort known for its luxurious accommodations, exceptional dining, and breathtaking event spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of conferences, corporate meetings, and special events.
• Serve as the main point of contact for meeting planners and corporate clients, from initial tours to final event coordination.
• Design and deliver events that utilize our diverse venues, from the elegant brand-new Islamorada Ballroom to the tranquil Spa Island, ensuring each setting is perfectly tailored to the event's requirements.
• Facilitate a range of team bonding activities, leveraging our unique location and amenities to enhance guest experience and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with culinary teams to provide exceptional on-site dining experiences tailored to each event.
• Ensure meticulous attention to detail in setting up, executing, and breaking down events, maintaining high standards of elegance and efficiency.

Minimum Requirements:

• Extensive experience in event management or planning, with a strong background in managing meetings and corporate events.
• Proven ability to provide high-level customer service and build positive relationships with clients.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of managing multiple events simultaneously.
• Flexibility to meet the demanding schedule of events, including availability on nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors, adapting to different settings and weather conditions as necessary.
