Questex is currently seeking a Conference Producer to join the Wellness division to develop engaging, content-driven live and virtual events.

The Conference Producer is embedded in Questex Life Sciences, Health & Wellness, where we open doors and expand opportunities to life sciences, healthcare and well-being economy professionals. Specifically, this position supports our Wellness Group.

As part of our event portfolio, conference producers support research initiatives and outreach efforts to help shape engaging live experiences and educational programming. This role assists in conference development and execution while working closely with operation, marketing, and sales teams to support overall event goals and commercialization efforts.

The ideal candidate will have business experience supporting market research and developing engaging content for B2B audiences, with exposure to identifying and engaging industry thought leaders, or a background in marketing or a client-facing role. Prior knowledge of the B2B wellness, spa, and/or beauty industry is a plus. We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative, team-driven environment.

Responsibilities include:

Content & Research Support

  • Support content strategy through data collection, organization, and reporting across conference programs
  • Monitor industry and competitive trends to inform content ideas and support planning efforts
  • Drive the collection and organization of attendee and speaker feedback, identifying key insights to support future programming decisions

Speaker & Program Coordination

  • Manage speaker communications and logistics to ensure a smooth experience from onboarding through onsite execution
  • Lead the coordination of speaker applications and agreements, maintaining accurate records, tracking deliverables, and driving timely completion of all deadlines
  • Maintain and update conference schedules across internal platforms, ensuring accuracy of session details
  • Assist in coordinating stage talent, supporting scheduling, communications, and onsite execution

Marketing & Communications

  • Assist in developing and proofing marketing messaging and materials across websites, email campaigns, social media, and signage

Onsite Execution & Event Support

  • Support pre-show and onsite speaker management, including check-in, briefing, and session readiness
  • Travel to events to provide onsite support, ensuring a seamless and professional attendee and speaker experience

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Manage tracking session performance metrics (attendance, engagement) and assist with compiling post-event reports

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration and timelines to ensure seamless and timely execution of conference deliverables
  • Support cross-functional meetings by taking notes, tracking action items, and following up on deliverables

Tools & Systems

  • Manage conference programming and speaker logistics within SessionBoard, including session setup, scheduling, and content updates
  • Maintain and update event, sponsor, and exhibitor data within Salesforce to ensure accuracy across teams

Requirements:

  • Strong people skills that can apply an analytical approach to research and decision-making
  • A minimum of 2 years of business experience required
  • Strong project management skills and the work ethic needed to lead proactively
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines by employing strong problem-solving and time management skills
  • An aptitude for high-level business communication to liaise with external parties and all levels of staff
  • Demonstrated ability to work as a member of a TEAM, with strong communications
  • Travel to events as needed; must have ability to travel by plane and accommodate overnight

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $70,000 and will be eligible to receive a quarterly incentive. Salary offers are based on a broad scope of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market, geographic and organizational factors are also considered. The following Benefits are available
