Questex is seeking a Conference Producer to join the Fierce Life Sciences & Healthcare Events team. We have an exciting opportunity for a candidate who thrives at the intersection of content strategy, executive engagement, and live/virtual programming. Knowledge of the U.S. healthcare ecosystem — including payers, health systems, hospitals, health IT, digital health — or the pharmaceutical, biotech, and life sciences industry preferred. If you are intellectually curious about healthcare transformation, comfortable conducting executive-level conversations, and excited to shape industry dialogue through high-impact events and webinars, we’d love to hear from you.
The preferred work location is remote, US.

As our Conference Producer, you’ll support Questex’s success by:
Conducting extensive market research and targeted outreach to develop engaging live experiences and educational conferences. Conference Producers are responsible for managing each conference while collaborating with the marketing and sales departments in pursuit of shared revenue goals. This position also plays a key role in developing and leading thought leadership initiatives, including webinars, virtual events, podcasts, whitepapers and other products across the Fierce portfolio, with the opportunity to moderate sessions and conduct executive interviews.
This role will afford the opportunity to understand the inner workings of the healthcare and life sciences industry, while interacting and engaging with C-suite and senior executive leadership from leading organizations in the space. The ideal candidate has experience conducting market research, developing compelling executive-level content, recruiting high-level speakers, and confidently leading webinars and interviews. Prior knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem (payers, providers, health IT, digital health, insurance models, value-based care) is strongly preferred.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $65,000 to $75,000 and will be eligible to receive a revenue incentive plan. Salary offers are based on a broad scope of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
