About the job
Based at Mandarin Oriental, Doha within the Commercial Strategy Department in Doha, the Conference & Events Coordinatoris responsible forensuring a seamless turnover from Sales to Operations, and from Operations back to Sales,maintainingsuccessful planning and execution of conferences, events, outside catering, and group bookings within MODOH. This role plays a critical part in supporting the pro-active sales team by taking over all confirmed events post-contract signature. While not responsible for generating leads, the Executivemaintainsdirect communication with the client during the planning and execution phase, including internal coordination and post-event feedback.
