Set within the beautifully preserved 169-year-old sandstone façade that once housed Sydney’s Fairfax newspaper empire and the Bank of New South Wales, Paradox Sydney honours the rich heritage of its landmark building while embracing a contemporary expression of five-star hospitality. Reimagined in 2025 as Paradox Sydney, this iconic address marks a new chapter for the property. The Role
Do you thrive on creating unforgettable experiences? Are you detail-obsessed, people-focused, and energized by bringing exceptional events to life? We’re looking for a Conference & Events Coordinator to join our team. This is a dynamic, hands-on role at the heart of hotel where no two days are the same, and excellence is always the standard.
You’ll be the key point of contact for our conference and banquet clients, ensuring every detail is flawlessly planned, communicated, and delivered. From the first enquiry to the final farewell, you’ll play a vital role in creating seamless, memorable experiences for our guests.

Pay & Conditions
This is a Level 4 salarised position under the Hospitality Industry (General) Award. It is a Monday - Friday role, office hours (08:30 AM - 5:00 PM).
