The Conference Center Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of the law firm’s front office. This position is responsible for serving as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, and embodies the professionalism and discretion required in a legal setting, ensuring that all interactions reflect the firm’s values and standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible forcoordinating all Firm-sponsored and client-relatedeventsfor theConference Center.
Maintains orderliness, cleanliness, and required supplies in all the Firm's conference rooms.
Collaborateswiththe Firm's Facilities andOfficeServices Departments toarrangefor room set ups,the Audio/VisualTechnical staff regardingvideo teleconferencingand Flik Floor Attendant forfood &beverage needs.
Servesastheon-site contact to outside groups and clients in planning and executing functions at the Firm's conferencefacilities.
WorkswiththeConferenceCenter Managertotrackexpensesgeneratedinconnection with eachevent toensure accurateandtimely payment as applicable.
Reports statisticsofattendance and participation by invited guests toselectedFirmsponsored events.
Serves asa liaison between the Firm and the Firm's food service provider for catering needs
Maintains a presence in the business centerand serves ascontact person torespond to inquiries and unanticipatedmeeting needs.
Providebackup coverage toConference Center Managerwhenoutoftheofficeand escalates as appropriate toDirector of Facilities & Administrative Operations.
Coordinates with outside vendorsas neededto ensureproperformsare filed and load-inand load-outis successfully handled
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Knowledge and experience with food service operations and best practices
Prior supervisory or team-lead experience required.
Creative,organized anddetailoriented withexcellentcommunicationsskills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
Proficiency with common computer applications, including databases and word processing, is required.
Ability to maintaincomposure and professionalism while managing multiple projects/events simultaneously. Strong diplomacy skills required, along with knowledge of appropriate business etiquette and social standards.
Undergraduate college degree preferred,high school diploma or equivalent required
Knowledgeand experienceof food service operations and best practices.
OTHER:
Must beflexible during heavy workload periods.Occasionallong workdaysand flexible lunch hoursas necessary.Occasionalweekend work required.
