
The Summer Conference Assistant (CA) is responsible for supporting Seton Hall University students and short-term conference guests (i.e., Pirate Adventure, student groups, conferences, etc.) who stay in University housing during Summer Sessions. They create and maintain a welcoming environment and help prepare a comfortable stay for these groups of students.
• Check students in and out of Pirate Adventure
• Prepare rooms for arrival including completing Room Condition Reports and ensuring each room has toiletries and any requested materials for the following groups:
• Organize keys and supplies
• Manage the front desk of the Central Office including answering phone calls and responding to walk-ins
• Manage data in Excel
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned
- Maintain at least a 2.0 GPA.
- Be able to attend Summer Conference Assistant Training on Monday, May 18th at 1:00pm.
- Be available for all Orientation dates:
Must be enrolled in a matriculated program and registered at least half-time for Fall 2026
