PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

To produce a variety of quality and fresh confectionery products by being creative and consistently following production recipes to meet customer needs and achieve profitability.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• National Senior Level Certificate.
• Minimum of 2 years Bakery / Confectionary production experience, specializing in cakes and decoration.

ADVANTAGEOUS

• Diploma / Course in Bakery / Confection will be an added advantage.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Receive and prepare customer orders timeously and efficiently.
• Meet confectionery production needs as per production recipes and schedule.
• Produce fresh quality products.
• Perform stock rotation in the cooler as well as on shelves (FIFO).
• Ensure that the department is always clean and tidy.
