Team Overview

The Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and professional transportation services for employees, executives, visitors, and company materials. This role ensures timely transportation, vehicle maintenance, compliance with traffic regulations, and a high level of customer service. This job is assigned as On-Site Essential and requires in- person work at an assigned TU office location as a condition of employment.

Role Overview And Core Responsibilities

The Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and professional transportation services for employees, executives, visitors, and company materials. This role ensures timely transportation, vehicle maintenance, compliance with traffic regulations, and a high level of customer service.

Required Knowledge And Experiences

  • Safely transport employees, executives, visitors, and company materials to designated locations.
  • Plan routes and schedules to ensure timely arrivals while considering traffic and road conditions.
  • Maintain vehicles in clean, safe, and operational condition.
  • Conduct routine inspections and report any maintenance or repair needs.
  • Coordinate vehicle servicing, registrations, insurance, and required documentation.
  • Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, tolls, and vehicle expenses.
  • Assist with airport pickups, business meetings, and special events as required.
  • Support the delivery and collection of documents, equipment, or other company items.
  • Adhere to all local traffic laws, company policies, and safety requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding company information and executive travel activities.
