Rejoignez PPG et participez à la performance de notre site industriel de Moreuil. Au sein de nos équipes de production, vous pilotez des installations automatisées ou semi-automatisées dédiées à la fabrication et/ou au conditionnement de nos produits. Vous contribuez à la sécurité, à la qualité et à la performance de nos opérations tout en garantissant le respect des standards PPG.

Principales responsabilités

• Conduire et surveiller les installations de fabrication ou de conditionnement dans le respect des procédures.
• Réaliser les réglages, changements de formats et changements de produits.
• Assurer le démarrage, l'arrêt et le bon fonctionnement des équipements.
• Effectuer les opérations de maintenance de premier niveau et participer à l'entretien des installations.
• Réaliser les contrôles qualité, prélèvements et autocontrôles requis.
• Garantir la traçabilité des opérations et renseigner les documents de production dans SAP.
• Identifier les anomalies de fonctionnement et mettre en œuvre les actions correctives de premier niveau.
• Utiliser les outils de suivi de performance et contribuer à l'atteinte des objectifs de production.
• Participer aux démarches d'amélioration continue et aux actions 5S.
• Accompagner l'intégration et la formation des nouveaux collaborateurs.
• Respecter les règles de santé, sécurité et environnement et signaler toute situation à risque.

Votre profil

• Formation de type Bac Professionnel industriel, ou CAP/BEP complété par une expérience significative en production industrielle.
• Expérience en conduite d'équipements industriels automatisés ou semi-automatisés.
• Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques de production, idéalement SAP.
• Connaissance des environnements industriels exigeants en matière de qualité et de sécurité.
• CACES apprécié selon l'affectation.
• Rigueur, réactivité et sens de l'organisation.
• Esprit d'équipe et capacité à résoudre les problèmes opérationnels.
• Goût pour l'amélioration continue et la performance industrielle.
