Being responsible for managing and optimising condition monitoring technologies and asset health programs to support reliability-centred and predictive maintenance strategies across offshore wind farm assets.
The role also includes analysis of condition monitoring data, identification of developing equipment failures, optimisation of monitoring systems, and provision of technical recommendations to improve asset reliability and reduce unplanned downtime.
Within this position, your key tasks will be to:
• Own and manage condition monitoring systems across the wind farm.
• Analyse vibration, oil, temperature and other condition monitoring data to identify developing faults.
• Monitor and optimise CMS alarms, diagnostics, and system performance.
• Provide recommendations for predictive maintenance interventions.
• Support reliability investigations and asset health assessments.
• Develop and improve predictive maintenance strategies and methodologies.
• Manage interfaces with CMS vendors, OEMs, and specialist service providers.
• Track and report asset condition trends and emerging technical risks.
• Support technical discipline leads in Technical Integrity activities including handover process.

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Reliability, or related Engineering discipline.
• 3+ Experience in condition monitoring, reliability engineering, or advanced equipment diagnostics.
• Knowledge of signal analysis and predictive maintenance techniques.
• Experience interpreting condition monitoring and asset health data.
• Familiarity with SCADA, CMS, and reliability management systems.
• Understanding of wind turbine or rotating equipment failure modes.
• Professional certification/training in condition monitoring analysis is advantageous.
• Strong investigative, analytical, and reporting skills.
• Fluency in English language is a requirement. Polish language skills are beneficial.
