About The Role:

MCA Engineering has developed a dedicated and motivated workforce with a broad range of expertise and a sincere customer focus. Due to an increase in work in Mt Isa, we are seeking experienced local personnel to join our team for a 12–18 month surface project, including Concreters and MC Truck Drivers.

Starting Indicative Pay Rates (under Enterprise Agreement) from $50-$60 per hour.Rates
dependent on skills, experience, and role.

About You:

• Locally based in Mt Isa
• Current driver’s licence
• Relevant qualifications and tickets
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong safety focus and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Mining experience is advantageous
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and D&A testing
• Concreters must have experience in concrete finishing, including smoothing, leveling, and surface detailing
• Additional tickets and experience that would be highly regarded include: Rigging, Dogging, Franna Non Slew, Excavator ticket, HR Licence
