Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concreter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for pouring, smoothing, and finishing concrete surfaces for a variety of projects. The Concreter will work closely with other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare surfaces for concrete pouring by cleaning, leveling, and grading
  • Mix and pour concrete into forms or onto surfaces according to project specifications
  • Smooth and finish surfaces using hand and power tools
  • Install and finish concrete structures such as walls, floors, and sidewalks
  • Monitor and maintain equipment and tools used in concrete work
  • Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in concrete work
  • Knowledge of concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing techniques
  • Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
  • Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
