Job Description

Project Manager — Concrete

Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, TX | Full-Time | On-Site

About the Opportunity

One of the most respected commercial concrete subcontractors in the country — with a track record spanning decades and a reputation for delivering complex tilt-up and cast-in-place projects with excellence — is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations in the DFW market. They are known for our safety culture, their investment in people, and ability to execute at high volume without sacrificing quality. If you are a field leader who takes pride in the work and wants to be part of a team that does things the right way, we want to talk.

What You'll Do

  • Manage all phases of tilt-up and cast-in-place concrete projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Lead subcontract buyout, scope review, and contract execution within established timelines
  • Oversee submittal and RFI logs, drawing management, and document control
  • Prepare, track, and gain approval for change orders prior to work commencement
  • Manage owner billing (AR) and subcontractor invoice coding (AP)
  • Develop and maintain project schedules in coordination with the Superintendent
  • Conduct OAC meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and manage client relationships
  • Monitor job cost reports, forecast project performance, and report to leadership
  • Coordinate with Estimating and Preconstruction on bid scope and value engineering opportunities
  • Ensure all work is executed in compliance with plans, specs, and safety standards

    What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of project management experience with a commercial concrete subcontractor or general contractor with heavy concrete scope
  • Hands-on tilt-up panel experience — including panel layout, pour sequence, brace design, and erection coordination
  • Strong understanding of concrete mix designs, spec requirements, and quality control
  • Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Autodesk Build, or similar)
  • Experience with Microsoft Project or equivalent scheduling tools
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and client-facing skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred — equivalent experience considered

    Why Join Us

  • Join an industry-leading concrete subcontractor with a national reputation and decades of successful project delivery
  • Competitive above-market compensation commensurate with experience
  • Comprehensive benefits package
  • Best-in-class equipment fleet and operational support
  • A safety-first culture with an EMR that reflects our commitment to our people
  • Clear path for career advancement within a growing organization

Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience. Benefits package included.
