Your New Role
As our Plant Manager, you’ll be responsible for the safe, efficient, and high‑quality operation of our plants. Your role will include:
Overseeing daily plant activities including safety, production, quality, logistics, sales, and customer service
Managing financial performance through budgeting, planning, and effective cost control
Building strong, ongoing relationships with customers while actively seeking new business opportunities
Leading, coaching, and supporting your team to deliver great service and operational outcomes
Tracking market activity and local industry trends to guide planning and decision‑making
Promoting a culture of safety, improvement, teamwork, and accountability
About You
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
Have proven experience leading people and guiding teams through change
Communicate clearly, build trust, and work well with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
Understand what excellent customer service looks like and enjoy delivering it
Have sound financial awareness or are willing to develop these skills (budgeting/reporting experience is an advantage)
Enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment and making confident, practical decisions
Are a strong planner with a hands‑on approach to solving problems
Show resilience, adaptability, and the ability to get the best out of your team
