Concrete Plant Manager – Orange, Blayney, Cowra & Young

Your New Role

As our Plant Manager, you’ll be responsible for the safe, efficient, and high‑quality operation of our plants. Your role will include:

  • Overseeing daily plant activities including safety, production, quality, logistics, sales, and customer service

  • Managing financial performance through budgeting, planning, and effective cost control

  • Building strong, ongoing relationships with customers while actively seeking new business opportunities

  • Leading, coaching, and supporting your team to deliver great service and operational outcomes

  • Tracking market activity and local industry trends to guide planning and decision‑making

  • Promoting a culture of safety, improvement, teamwork, and accountability

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have proven experience leading people and guiding teams through change

  • Communicate clearly, build trust, and work well with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders

  • Understand what excellent customer service looks like and enjoy delivering it

  • Have sound financial awareness or are willing to develop these skills (budgeting/reporting experience is an advantage)

  • Enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment and making confident, practical decisions

  • Are a strong planner with a hands‑on approach to solving problems

  • Show resilience, adaptability, and the ability to get the best out of your team
