Your Mission:

Own the Operations

• Lead and manage daily plant performance across all four sites - production, scheduling, quality, inventory, fleet, safety and reporting.

• You set the standard; the team follows your lead.
  

Drive Sales & Business Development

• Get out into the community. Build partnerships. Connect with builders, contractors, councils and local industry.

• Spot opportunities. Convert them. Grow the region.
  

Lead a High‑Performing Team

• Coach, support, motivate and develop a close-knit team across multiple locations.

• Create a culture where people feel valued, supported and proud of the work they deliver.
  

Shape the Future

• Keep an eye on market shifts, competitor activity and customer needs.

• Bring fresh ideas. Influence decisions. Help shape our Northern Tas strategy.
