Concrete Plant Manager | Moranbah (FIFO/DIDO)
Heidelberg Materials Australia is seeking an experienced and motivated Concrete Plant Manager to lead our Moranbah concrete operations. We welcome applications from local Moranbah residents, those willing to relocate, or candidates seeking DIDO options from Mackay or Rockhampton. FIFO arrangements may also be considered for exceptional applicants.
Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and profitable operation of the concrete plant. This hands-on leadership role involves managing production, customer service, quality control, team performance, and compliance while ensuring exceptional outcomes for our customers and stakeholders. In addition to plant leadership responsibilities, you will support local customer engagement activities, helping to maintain key relationships, identify growth opportunities, and provide commercial insights across the locations within your area of responsibility.
