Job Description

Firma Concrete is seeking an experienced Concrete Placing & Finishing Foreman to join our growing team.

Wage: $47.50/hr + Company Truck

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead concrete placing and finishing crews.
  • Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and daily production activities.
  • Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
  • Conduct daily FLHAs, toolbox talks, and site safety inspections.
  • Monitor concrete placement, finishing, curing, and protection procedures.
  • Complete daily reports, timecards, and production tracking.
  • Communicate effectively with superintendents, project managers, clients

Requirements

  • Proven experience in concrete placing and finishing.
  • Previous foreman or crew leadership experience.
  • Strong understanding of commercial and industrial concrete construction.
  • Ability to lead crews while maintaining production, quality, and safety expectations.
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License.
  • Ability to work occasional overtime and weekends as required.
