Concrete Estimator

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate quantity takeoffs.
• Prepare weekly bids and ensure timely completion of estimates.
• Review construction documents, evaluate requests for estimates, and fully understand the scope of work to be bid.
• Communicate effectively with general contractors, architects, and engineers.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Maintain and update bid tracking sheets and lead tracking sheets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with estimating software, Microsoft Excel, Word, and internet research.
• Field experience in concrete is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills is essential.
