Based at Mandarin Oriental Wangfujing, Beijing / within Concierge, the Trainee is responsible for supporting daily operations, ensuring smooth guest flow and delivering high-quality service standards in line with the hotel’s objectives and brand expectations. The Intern reports to the Chief Concierge.

工作地点为北京王府井文华东方酒店 / 礼宾部，实习生负责支持部门日常运营，确保宾客接待流畅，并按照酒店目标及品牌标准提供高质量服务。该岗位向首席礼宾司汇报。

As Concierge Trainee, you will be responsible for the following duties:
作为礼宾实习生，您将负责以下职责：

• Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a professional first impression.
• 热情迎接到店客人，建立专业的第一印象。
• Maintain communication with service team to ensure accurate guest information and smooth coordination.
• 与服务团队保持沟通，确保信息准确传递与运营顺畅。

• Support company’s philosophy and company culture using Departmental Legendary Quality Experiences on a daily basis to ensure Guest Satisfaction and the achievement of our Mission Statement.

• Uphold and enforce all hotel policies and procedures as stated in the colleague handbook.
