Client company introduction: 

The Company is a UK-based real estate developer creating lifestyle-led living spaces with an international team and global best practices.

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Concierge Staffto provide exceptional services to residents and visitors within our luxury residential community. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact, ensuring a welcoming experience while assisting with resident requests and supporting the smooth operation of the lobby.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and guests, delivering a warm, professional, and welcoming experience.
• Respond promptly to resident enquiries, requests, and concerns, ensuring timely resolution or appropriate escalation.
• Coordinate with building management, security, housekeeping, maintenance, and external service providers to fulfil resident requests.
• Manage visitor access, registrations, deliveries, and parcel handling in accordance with community policies.
• Provide residents with information on local amenities, transportation, restaurants, events, and other concierge services.
• Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and resident onboarding to ensure a seamless experience.
• Maintain the lobby and reception area to the highest standards of professionalism and presentation.
• Handle telephone calls, emails, and other communications professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, service requests, visitor logs, and incident reports.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the resident experience and contribute to exceptional customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; a degree in Hospitality or Property Management is preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in luxury hospitality, residential services, or customer-facing roles.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality while handling sensitive matters.
• Knowledge of local services, entertainment, and amenities.
• Prior experience in a luxury hotel, hospitality, or concierge environment is highly preferred.

Experience 2-5 years

 Work Days: Monday - Saturday

Work Timings: Rotational Shifts (Morning/ Evening / Night)

• Morning Shift: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

• Evening Shift: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM

• Night Shift: 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM

  

 Work Mode: Onsite

 Location: Lahore
