About the role
MSS Security is seeking a Security Concierge to join our team at a corporate site in Docklands for a 7-week assignment commencing in July, with the potential for extension or a permanent opportunity.
In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support, assisting visitors and staff with enquiries and day-to-day site operations. This position is Monday to Friday on day shift.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Greeting and assisting visitors and staff
General administrative duties
Access card programming, assigning cards and managing access using Gallagher
Responding to emails and handling phone enquiries
Mail sorting and distribution
Requirements:
Full Australian working rights
Valid Victorian Security License
Valid First Aid and CPR certificate (or Willing to obtain)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently communicate with visitors, staff and contractors
Friendly, approachable and professionally presented with strong problem-solving skills
Good computer literacy and administration skills
Master license: 409-987-30S
