About the role
MSS Security is seeking a professional Concierge Security Officer to serve as the first point of contact, delivering high-quality customer service to our client and visitors. This position involves working Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM (excluding weekends and Public Holidays).
Job Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for staff and visitors, assisting with general inquiries and directions.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients and visitors feel welcomed and supported.
Engage with the public and clients in a courteous and professional manner.
Conduct regular foot patrols to maintain security and safety across the premises.
Ideal candidates will have:
Excellent communication skills and the ability to report incidents clearly and accurately.
Confidence to engage with the public and clients.
A strong work ethic and commitment to high-quality service.
Requirements:
Must be an Australian Citizen.
Certificate II in Security Operations (or higher) and a valid Tasmanian Security Licence.
Valid First Aid and CPR Certificates (or willing to obtain).
Working With Vulnerable People Check.
Willing to undergo and pass a National Criminal Police Check.
Master Licence Number: 5784
