About the Role:
We’re looking for a Concierge Relationship Manager who brings strong attention to detail, a customer first mindset, and the ability to balance operational work with real time advisor engagement. In this role, you’ll act as the primary liaison between key distribution firms, advisors, and our internal operational stakeholders to provide white-glove, end-to-end service support for annuity and life insurance policies, helping navigate complex operational processes and ongoing policy maintenance.
What You’ll Do:
• Distributor Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for external partners addressing inquiries, resolving escalations and streamlining transaction processing.
• Operational Excellence & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal stakeholders to ensure end-to-end operational efficiency and service level agreement (SLA) adherence.
• Drive Continuous Improvement & Customer Satisfaction: Identify opportunities for operational enhancements and partner internally to impact change.
• Reporting & Strategy: Track operational metrics, monitor partner specific performance, and report business trends to leadership.
• Grow Your Skills & Support Team Success: Participate in ongoing training to stay current on operational processes along with demonstrating accountability for personal development, openness to coaching, and adaptability to change.
What You’ll Bring:
• Experience: 7+ years work experience in annuity or life insurance required.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
