Schedule: Monday 4pm-8pm, Wednesday 4pm-8pm, Saturday 2pm-8pm, Sunday 8am-2pm
Location: 4555 E. Mayo Blvd, Phoenix, AZ 85050

We’re currently seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Concierge to become part of our welcoming team. 🖥️ What We’re Looking For:

• Passionate about serving seniors
• Relationship-oriented with strong communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and takes pride in your work
• Proficient in MS-Word, Outlook, Excel, and office equipment
• Able to make sound decisions independently

✉️ What You'll Be Doing:

• Greet and assist residents, visitors, and vendors courteously
• Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately
• Coordinate resident transportation and guest suite reservations
• Assist residents with activity and event reservations
• Liaise with security and valet staff to meet resident needs
