Note: This is a part-time opportunity, working from 8am - 5pm on Mondays & Tuesdays. Initially a 12-month max term contract.

What you’ll do 

• Be the welcoming face of TLC and create outstanding first impressions for team members and visitors to our Brisbane CBD office.
• Manage front-of-house interactions, including greeting guests, visitor access, lockers, access cards and working closely with Security.
• Keep meetings and events running smoothly by supporting room bookings, catering, technology setup and on-the-spot troubleshooting.
• Support large events, town halls and training sessions - from setup through to returning spaces to BAU.
• Maintain high standards across public areas, security awareness and workplace etiquette.

What you’ll bring 

• People-person energy with a genuine love of delivering exceptional customer service
• Experience in reception, hospitality or tourism where creating memorable experiences was part of your day-to-day
• Strong communication skills
• Calm confident approach to juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Confidence using everyday technology (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams)
